This screen protector is perfect for my needs. I wanted the screen protector to be thin enough that my Apple Pencil still responded easily to the iPad, as well as the feel of paper, as I'm originally a traditional artist. There is no intense shine. It turns off and blurs nicely so you don't see the reflection. The iridescent grain is definitely there, but to be honest it's not that noticeable and doesn't interfere with drawing. To be honest I think the iridescent grain is the smallest of most screen protectors I've used. The assembly is very easy. For those who are nervous or feel like they can't do them very well, here are some tips. For best results (in my experience), wipe your iPad with a damp cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints. Then wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Then align the protective film with the iPad. Once you've found the right spot, apply an easy-to-remove adhesive (such as tape) to one side of the screen protector and iPad. This will ensure that it lands exactly where you wanted it. Before removing the backing of the protective film, take a lint roller or masking tape and gently wipe the iPad. Just in case there's extra dust flying around. I recommend changing the band about 2-4 times every few seconds to make sure you've got it right. Then you peel off the protective film, remove the bubbles from the screen and you're done.
