My god, this device is effective and removes hair very well, but my skin looks like I've been cut with a knife. razor! I have used it several times exactly as directed and although I am able to get over the pain my skin in the pubic area develops lots of red rashes afterwards and although I do not apply pressure or move the device over this area I get cuts and cuts no matter what I do. This was my last try with this epilator and it HAS to be it! My skin is scarred and it hurts. I'm a healthcare professional and I use clean methods, and if that's difficult for me, I know others must be struggling too, if their skin is sensitive at all. use on my sensitive skin. I hope a Revain representative can help you with this. I don't blame Braun or Revain. My skin is just horrible.
