Review on City Threads Cotton Sleeve Twirly Girls' Clothing for Dresses by Todd Nordine

Cute dress and suitable for petite adults 0-2. I'm 5' and 90#. I have somewhat muscular shoulders and upper arms, that fits too. The sleeves are a little longer but are loose enough to be pulled up or simply rolled up a little. Suitable for chest (29 inches) and waist (26.5 inches). It's nice to have a seller to get clothes from. Note that I haven't washed this yet so I'm hoping the shrinkage is minimal as promised. I will most likely buy more in other colors.
