The only thing I don't like is its fragility. I know how it's done and it should be less bulky than other remotes. My husband dropped the original in his drink due to being clumsy. I understand it doesn't work after that. But after my son fell less than 5 inches off the ground, he broke into 6 or 7 pieces. Surprisingly I was able to find all the parts and use the packing tape to perform the surgery and everything worked fine for several months. Until he dropped it in the sink. He didn't even get really wet since he was wrapped in packing tape. But suddenly he cranked the volume up to 100 (which makes you wonder why that's even an option). I tried another operation but he bled to death and died on the table. My husband's laughter didn't help my easy job. I told him that I'm not Derek Sheppard and we wouldn't be in this mess if he just listened to me and logged into my account and hit the buy button again to make sure he was buying the right one, but instead insists that he buys the right one for our model. . His order came in and don't you know it's not the right one. It doesn't even look like ours so I don't know how he could have thought it was right. Which leads to problem number 2: it's very easy to buy the wrong one because they all look relatively similar. But overall this is a great product. I just wish we could buy a replacement in store instead of ordering one and waiting for it to arrive.
