Yes I know it is clear from the description but the 'needles' are quite thick and it is actually difficult to pierce even one side of the blanket , indicating the size of the hole. I didn't want to punch through the 'right' nail as it's quite difficult and I'm not sure I want big holes in my duvet. Also, the needles are a bit dangerous - be very careful not to leave them in bed or anywhere else as it would be unbearable if you, a child or a pet accidentally sat down. Good idea in theory and I love the look of the finished product, but most likely I'll come back and find another, less dangerous and potentially dangerous alternative. magnetic - MUCH faster, easier, safer and won't spoil laundry in any way!
