I like that it makes my life easier by keeping track of everything in one place, as well as getting updates from clients when they are running late or if there is an issue with their booking request (such has no wifi). It's not very user friendly for non-tech savvy people who would prefer to use something more simple than this software which can be quite complicated! If you're looking into using easy client then make sure someone else will help set up some things so once its live we were able fix most issues ourselves but still needed support occasionally - such was our inexperience setting stuff initially!! We have been really happy since going through training sessions where staff learned how best work within EASY CLIENT AND HOW TO USE IT BEST FOR OUR BUSINESS NEEDS.
