Review on Homdock Platform Structure Mattress Foundation by James Newbill

Bought in December 2019, due to recurring illnesses, has not been able to assemble until now. Anyway, I postponed everything to 3 weeks. I was so excited. 😁. There was nothing more. 😐 The assembly was not as easy as stated. Took me 45 minutes to an hour. 😕 When assembling the frame, I found that the metal slats weren't long enough to fit in the small pockets. 😣 Yes, big problem! I tried to move them as close to the edges as possible to keep them in place. Not perfect, but they held up. The center pole should be bolted down. 😤 Too short, remember.? Moved to the margins again. I just didn't know what to do. After making it "look" like the photo in the instruction manual, I moved it in place and it held. Things were very loose but I tried to make it work. I lay down and got out of bed very carefully. This went on for almost 3 weeks. First one of the top slats failed. I put it back in. Then the next night, in the middle of the night/early morning, the same plank fell along with the middle and 4 bottom beams. 😣 😤 I can't express my anger, disgust or disappointment enough. If only I hadn't gotten sick so quickly after getting all that sha-bang. I'm trying to decide whether to order a new snap frame without assembly from Revain or go to the nearest mattress store. 😐I haven't had good results buying furniture online through Revain. I don't know what else to say. I'm just disappointed. 😞.
