Review on Netsapiens Snap by Chad Carter

I've used NetSAPiens for many years now as my primary UC solution that handles both voice & video conferencing with colleagues in other offices or even countries around world! It's been great at integrating seamlessly into our daily routine - which is very important when you're working remotely from home most of time :) There are some minor issues sometimes but it could be easily sorted out by contacting their support team who can quickly resolve any issue we have faced so far during this period where Covid has affected us greatly. Being able to communicate via Video calls/conference rooms without having an actual person present makes life much easier especially if there aren't too many people involved (which happens often).
