Attention buyers, they stink to high heaven! Upon arrival I smelled rubber on the outside of the package even though the product was packed in a thick plastic bag! I ignored almost every smell in my life, the smell of rubber almost fumigated the inside of my house! Wow. I have had some experience with some products from Mexico in the past but nothing like it. I am currently researching and trying several methods of odor elimination before installing inside a home such as: B. Washing with Dawn liquid detergent and rinsing with pure vinegar. Some say the UV exposure will eventually neutralize the odor as well, and others here at Revain.com claim that over the course of a few weeks the odor will deteriorate significantly. (In my opinion, they only become asymptomatic because of the smell!) If I remember, I'll try to report any successes or failures with this product. As they say, too bad I can't photograph a smell or scent!
