I am giving this 5 stars because it is the only shoe my sensory sensitive daughter will wear. She wears them barefoot, but admits it makes her feet sweat (though, in her opinion, that's more manageable than socks). She wears them all day every day and this pair was bought as a second pair in the same size to replace the pair she wore every day for 6 months. The size is too small in my opinion. Normally she wears size 1 for children, but for these she needs size 13.
