I use them for phone calls and conference calls. The sound is good and clear, they hear me well. But the worst thing is that after two months of use, the right earbud ripped and I put some tape to keep it intact. This is of course very cumbersome, but they still work well! To update. After writing a review here, I was immediately contacted by Avantree. They offered me a replacement and I accepted. I received the replacement quickly and without any problems. I am very happy with these headphones. They are great for making phone calls. The audio is crisp and clear, and the people I'm talking to can understand me perfectly. Very good product and good and efficient service!
