This is a great wireless charger. It has everything I was looking for: fast charging, adjustable height, adjustable angle, horizontal or vertical charging, and it doesn't take up much desk space like a Samsung charger. I only have two very small complaints about it: I wish it had a bit more weight at the base, and it would be nice to use a longer USB cable. I bought a longer micro USB cable for easier access to the power plug, but they're not expensive so it's fine (*see note below if you're buying a different cable). Here's the best part: I went crazy adding apps when I first got the phone and I'm embarrassed to admit how many there are on it. One of them constantly had a small window saying the phone was charging. I've rarely seen this before, so I didn't think about it. But I didn't know what app does that. I'm pretty tech savvy now - I've always built my own computers, enjoy reading electronics specs, and anything I don't understand I read and figure out one way or another. Smartphones aren't really my responsibility, so I couldn't figure out why I was getting overcharge messages with this charger. So I wrote to the manufacturer and told them what was going on and they did everything they could to help me. When I finally figured out which app was giving me the overcharging message, they actually found the same phone model, then downloaded the same app, tested that particular combination of software and hardware, performed a technical analysis of the charging activity, and then sent me a charging analysis report. I can't remember the last time I dealt with people who were so helpful and genuinely trying to solve a specific problem. They've always responded quickly, their answers were very detailed and helpful, they even included screenshots of the tests they ran for me, and best of all, they were even in perfect English (which was nice for a change). All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase!*: If you decide to buy a longer/different Micro USB cable, DO NOT buy a rectangular magnetic cable as the back of the charger is thicker. On either side where the micro USB cable plugs in, it cannot make a magnetic connection and therefore will not charge. It's better to just get one with a regular micro USB direct connector. However if you have a magnetic straight plug it will likely work unless the magnetic part of the cable is too wide as this can block the connection on the back of the charger.
