I didn't give 4 stars for the product but because of missing information. I just wanted to upload a 360 degree video to YouTube. But first you need to do a little research or else your videos will be smoothed out and not seen. (two 180 degree images do not merge) Here are some helpful tips.1. The default is low resolution. I think people don't understand and think the quality is bad. You must learn to navigate through the menus and input keys.2. Download the Gear 360 app to access additional settings like sharpness, which I increased to 2.3. You need a memory card to save videos on your camera or you can save videos on your phone if needed. But it's better to have a card to use the camera by yourself.4. Get Cyberlink software that automatically joins two images. However, after it is put together, complete the project and go to the online tab to upload it to YouTube etc. Youtube tells you that you need metadata input software to prepare the video for full 360 video. but Cyberlink does it for you. I only found this out from someone's comments on the bulletin board. Watching YouTube videos for the right dates can be frustrating. Buy a tripod and keep your camera connected when shooting longer videos. The battery seems to run out quickly. And the support ring that comes with the carry handle doesn't work very well. He fell several times. The risk of scratching the lens is high due to the shape. Once I figure it out, it's a real pleasure to upload a 360 video for the family view. And for the price, it's very reasonable.
