The best headphones I've ever had

Amazing, very accurate sound from headphones. They have more realistic surround sound than the SE210s I've had before. Other headphones that emphasize bass or some other range make some music sound great and other music sound terrible. Thanks to them, any music sounds great. Some may complain of weak bass, but that's because they're used to "phones with over-the-top bass." The bass can be *almost* hit with the EQ settings on the player, but in most cases it sounds better without it. I've had them for almost a year and a half now. It takes a bit of practice to get used to putting them in, but once you get the hang of it the new shape is great and lets it sit flatter in the ear. The wire around the ear reduces the noise of the cable when moving. The included case selection is excellent, although after trying a number I ended up using the pre-installed, dotted black foam cases. They can be a little tricky to plug in properly, but when done right they remain comfortable for longer listening sessions. Being able to replace the cable is brilliant and more expensive headphones should start with that. Headphone cords always feel fragile when I use them which is due to my skin I guess. It's the only cable I've used for so long that's gone so it's a great quality cable but I'm still very happy that it can be replaced when something finally happens to it. 60 inches. This would be great for use with a stereo or desktop computer. For mobile use you need some additional cables. I prefer the old method where the cord is just long enough for a phone or iPod in your shirt pocket and an extension cord is included if you need it longer. I ended up cutting it to a more reasonable length and splicing it together. If they offered a shorter one as an accessory I would buy it.

Pros
  • Accurate and balanced sound
Cons
  • Not bad
