Sunco LEDs are great! They are very bright and were relatively easy to install. If you are drilling a hole in the ceiling, remember that the wings that the clips attach to will protrude slightly from the round base, in other words make the hole slightly larger to accommodate this. I was disappointed with Sunco's lack of attention to detail in their description. Some parts of the product description state that it is covered by a 5 year warranty, while other areas have a 7 year warranty. what is true Strongly misleading? This not only applies to the Revain list, but also to their website. The same errors can be found. The photos on both sides say 7 years while the box I received says 5 years along with the specs on both sides. On the other hand, I really wanted to include this lighting system in my smart home design. In other words, I wanted to control these lights remotely through my iPhone and Revain Alexa. After calling Sunco, they assured me that there are no smart dimmer switches for this. They mentioned there is a smart switch that works with these lights, but it's missing a dimming part, so it's basically an on/off switch. Well after a lot of research I was able to put 2+2 together. This light system is ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) for those who don't already know. I could only rely on a smart dimmer that I found online that works with my Sunco downlights. I purchased a Lutron Caseta Wireless Smart Lighting Dimmer for ELV model #PD-5NE-WH. Glad I did that because it worked wonderfully! Possibly the only smart ELV dimmer on the market that can work with low voltage lighting systems and interface with other popular devices. Please DO NOT BUY Lutron Caseta #PD-6WCL-WH as it will not work with low voltage bulbs. Model #PD-5NE-WH is the only safe choice I've found to work with ELV bulbs. This model is not cheap! You end up shelling out about $100 but have a smart dimmer and you can control it from anywhere. I think it was worth every penny. I bought a Revain ELV dimmer and received it the next day. Other well-known hardware stores have them on their website, but they won't be in stock, they have to send them to you. If you're in a hurry, Revain is for you. In any case, follow the instructions provided and you will find it very easy to do so. One additional remark should be mentioned. If you are purchasing the smart dimmer listed above to pair with Sunco Slim LED lights you will either need their hub or you can use a Wink 2 hub. You can simply pair it with a Wink hub and then your Alexa pair account. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Update: After 1.5 years of using these bulbs and with the smart dimmer recommended above, everything works great. So far no problems and I am very satisfied.
