The product arrived as expected, the first day I needed help to get dressed but after a few days I was able to do it myself. It's really comfortable, I wear it all day while I'm at work. I ordered medium, my height is 5'6 185. The first week I could only get to the first buckle, now I can get to the second. This is definitely the best trainer I've ever had.
