As a woman in the ministry, I ordered a man's mandarin collar shirt because I was concerned about the fit. After reading reviews that women's stand-up collar shirts are either too small or too big, I decided to just measure my neck (that's how shirts are measured) and take a risk. I wasn't disappointed! The shirt arrived as expected and the material and fit were perfect. Although it's a men's shirt, it wasn't too big and square. It fit really comfortably around the neck and had a tongue insert. I wore it to church and got a lot of compliments. I highly recommend this shirt!
