Just got a new Google Pixel 3A after using a Droid phone for the last 5 or 6 years. This meant I had to switch to USB-C chargers. This item connected to my machine with no problems. The only issue I had was that even though both ends of the charging cable are the same (it should be able to connect to either the charger or the phone), only one end charged the phone. When I tried this product, at first I thought I got a failed one. I decided to swap the end of the cable that I had connected to the charger and when I tried to charge my phone with that end it worked fine. There could be a small defect in the product, or maybe just one end needs to charge your phone. In any case, I was happy with the ability to charge my phone while driving, as well as the value for money I paid.
