Its a great concept and package, and while it works, its great. However, this is the SECOND unit ive purchased and it has failed me in pretty much the same amount of time. I liked the feel, weight and practicality so much that when my first one malfunctioned, i told myself it mustve been a "bad batch" unit. So i got another one after having to wait about 6 months for a restock of their unit in black. After about 3 months of use, the activator and retracting buttons stay stuck, effectively preventing you from deploying whatever writing utility you need to include the pencil. I spent about an hour of my life that i will never get back troubleshooting, hoping to make the issue rescind, to no avail. Pen is still stuck and the activator (button that deploys and houses eraser) is stuck depressed inside the pen. Last one lasted me about the same, 2-3 months, with light use. So far ive spent in 2 units ($18 x 2). I will not be spending a single cent more. I am military, and was hoping for a DURABLE and practical one-and-all pen. This is not it. Do not recommend even for office use. Sucks because it looks and feels great while it works. Great concept, 0 durability.
