Update #4 I received a refund after the return date and there is no indication that the item was returned defective so I have to say that despite the disappointment with the sensor I am satisfied am customer service through Mazo or Amazon. The Maao support seemed genuinely concerned, but it was not easy to communicate with them and give them advice. After asking for pictures of the problem it's pretty self explanatory and refuses to send pictures. It's a waste of time for them not to admit a broken wire is a broken wire, they send it back with a speedometer. So not only that, I also forgot how uncomfortable it was for me. Not only did I have to buy another tachometer, I had to buy all new mechanical gauges for water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and fan temp switch. the built-in tachometer is equipped with a vacuum-pressed bezel, so if you try to remove the bezel, it will be destroyed and the glass can then no longer be put on. Now I'm furious, not to mention the EXTRA $150 I had to spend on new sensors! NOT A HAPPY UPDATE: I AM RIGHT NOW PREPARING TO USE THE TACCH AND BEFORE I COULD USE IT, THE HEAT WIRE (RED) WAS OUT OF THE SUN AND UNSUITABLE FOR USE. THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THIS IS TO DESTROY THE LENS RIM, WHICH I DON'T WANT AND NEED A TOUCH TOMORROW. I HAVE READ THE SELLER'S WARRANTY AND YOUR BAD REVIEWS, WE WILL SEE HOW YOU HANDLE IT AND I WILL UPDATE. Well I haven't installed it yet, I'll update later, the positives were: it was metal, not plastic, yes! It was also very quick to search using the number font, I like the other gauges in the tachometer so you can keep track of key readings in the field of view. The kit included most of the hardware and some instructions. The downsides were: vague instructions, no wiring, but all connections sent?, The transparent front is plastic, not glass, so be careful not to scratch it. big disappointment!
