All pregnant women, buy this pillow! During my first pregnancy I used a C-shaped pillow, but I didn't like that I had to rest my head on a pregnancy pillow instead of a regular pillow. It was hard too. But this. this is a game changer! This allows you to use a regular pillow, you don't have to move it when you flip it, it's lightweight and easy to move when you need to move it, the fabric is SO soft and washable. I used to have hip pain and wake up on my back, but this pillow fixed it all in one night. I sleep so well with him! You don't have to move the pad when flipping it, you just drag the bottom of the "J" to the other side. So easy! Also, it's not too bulky. We have a king bed from CA, but I really think it will fit even a queen bed. It's also very flexible and soft, making it a great nursing pillow/back support. My only warning: the velcro can pierce you if you attach it properly. I just attached it vertically instead of horizontally (see picture) and that fixed the problem. However, the velcro is very strong and won't move if you switch sides and move around all night. Buy it! It's so worth it, your hips will thank you! :)
