I was glad to try this BUFF because I've often seen curly-haired people recommend it as an alternative to satin-lined scarves or hats for sleeping . My hair is naturally quite wavy and I struggle with sleeping pills that don't ruin my waves overnight. It was TOTALLY easier than many other products I've tried. Just put it around your neck, flip your head and pull from the bottom until all your hair is in it and the bottom edge is at a comfortable spot on your forehead. It is very thin and breathable, it is comfortable to sleep in it because the head does not get hot. BUT. While it initially fits well, it is quite stretchy and will stretch quickly to stay in place. I didn't sleep well that night as I kept finding myself correcting it. I took it off in the morning and was pleased to find that my waves were completely intact. But that was only because I stayed up half the night just holding it in place like that. Too bad, because otherwise it would be perfect for my purposes.
