Claiming that this product is compatible with Xbox One controllers is misleading at best. By default, it has one key design flaw: your left stick's magnetic base interferes with the left trigger, since it's also magnetic. In practice, this means that if you push your thumb forward, your left trigger will also activate slightly. I use a Razer Wolverine myself, but that also happens on a standard Xbox One controller as per other reviews. I managed to resolve this issue which is why I'm still leaving a 3 star review. By placing a layer of paper on the underside of the joystick's base before placing it on the mechanism, I was able to block the effect of the magnetic field on the trigger. Now it works perfectly and I enjoy the modularity of trying different types of sticks and knowing I don't have to open the controller to replace worn out sticks again. While it wasn't necessary in my case, including the screwdrivers needed for the replacement was also a nice touch. Another problem I had was that the shortest version of the joystick was actually too short. If I pressed the joystick while it was pointing forward, for example to sprint in FPS, the joystick would actually get stuck in the rim around it, and while it still worked, it felt very awkward when he got the rim back snapped. This may be specific to my wolverine and may not be an issue with inventory controllers. I haven't seen other reviewers mention this so I'm not considering it for my rating, just be aware if you also use a Razer Wolverine. I was also able to solve this problem by wrapping a wire around the base to keep the joystick at a very short distance. Judging by these issues (perhaps a bad guess) this is a great product. If you've actually used interchangeable sticks on your stock Xbox One controller, this will work for you if you're willing to tinker with it a bit, but this product needs a redesign or the Xbox One removed from the list if I'd like to rate higher.
