Smells like eucalyptus and relieves sinusitis with frequent use but doesn't lather very well. If you use a large amount, you might get enough lather to wash, but you still won't feel clean. Maybe just leave it for bathing so you can take a relaxing bath, but for the shower there are other daily cleaning options.
