Processing report. This is what I wrote first: When I received this on 03/27/21, I tried the light out briefly and checked the settings. I only left the light on for a few minutes before packing it up again until ready to use for filming. I wanted to shoot today. I turned on the light and camera, sat down, ready to take a picture, and suddenly I hear a crackling, hissing sound coming from the light. Then he exploded. I didn't use it for over 10 minutes in total and it broke! Edit 7/13/21. Since I was using it for filming for the first time after the return period when it broke I thought I screwed it up. But a support rep saw my review and contacted me. He offered to return the money or exchange the light. I asked for a replacement. They rushed me. I tried the light. It worked great. I held it for over half an hour. No electronic noise. I am very happy with the ring light. And I am very grateful to Kevin (Customer Service Representative) for fixing the issue.
