abominable! Do not buy! waste of money!

I bought two of these and tested both. Both have the same problems. A large one and a few, perhaps insignificant to most, but important to me. First, the right sticks on both are overly sensitive to upward movement. Bottom, right and left are fine, but top SHOOTS up when lightly pressed, often when trying to just scroll left and right. This is a HUGE problem for me as I play a lot of FPS and 3PS games. Second, the triggers and sticks are damn loud! When pressed, they make the sound of a bed squeaking. This probably isn't a huge issue for most, but anyone listening into a mic at a party or on live TV will DEFINITELY hear it during every game. I listen to it on my Spotify at max volume with noise canceling headphones! Third, I bought them with a charging station that uses micro USB dongles. I also had another charging station, I will add. They cannot be used with docking stations as the charging port location on the top of the controller is pushed forward and the shape of the controller prevents it from being placed upside down on one of the docking stations. By the way, "programmable" keys are useless. I figured it would be similar to my old SNES software controller, where you can program it to record actions (like a Hadouken) and then press a button to do so. No, it has 4 buttons that cannot be pressed with long nails that only act as additional copies of the 4 face buttons. Why would I need another X, square, triangle or circle behind my controller in a hard to reach place, I don't understand. Edit: Update: After playing online with both controllers in a group with 3 other people, everyone complained about the mic. stopped working a few times and sounded like i was talking into a tin can when it worked. Had to go back to my other brand of controllers while at a party. I also found that R2 is buggy in one of them and behaves like it's being pressed even when not touched. On the other controller, the right joystick is completely broken and behaves like my official Sony controller, it has a broken joystick, the camera quickly rotates on its own and fights with me when I try to aim. I would return them but the nearest shipping stations are closed due to Covid. I spent over $50 and I'm furious!
