I bought this tablet for kids after they wanted to use the one I bought for myself. Kids love to draw or write on it and press the trash can button to make it disappear. No hassle and no manual marking with this gadget. I will be carrying this in my family backpack which will be used for kids water bottles, snacks and card games for when we need to go outside and keep the kids busy. The only downsides I see are: a) if you make a small mistake you may not be able to remove part of the tray, you have to start over. And b) The pen is easy to lose if children don't put it back in the top of the pen holder. To be honest you can just write with your fingernail and you don't need a pen. But writing with a pen is more natural than writing with your fingernail. It doesn't have a sticker magnet or a second pin like the one I bought.
