Order larger than what you normally wear
I was told by the reviews that it was small compared to the size stated. So i ordered a Large. It fits perfectly for my use, but would be a little too snug if buttoned up over a blouse. So if I were going to wear this over a blouse and button it up completely, I would have ordered an Extra Large. The quality is very good and I would give it a 5 Star had it not been for the inaccurate sizing.
