Much less than expected!
I have Starbucks 16 ounce coffee bags and thought they were big enough to fill most of the bag. It's safe to say I can get half a bag. Decided to use them for salt, pepper and a third I chose not to. I love the look of the jars so will definitely be getting them again, time to find some (in the same style) to store my coffee and coffee beans.
