I bought this product to help my old small dog get in and out of bed. It seemed like the perfect product until the zipper snapped and popped open. The article is only 2 months old. My dog is the only weight on it, we never sat on it or stepped on it so there's no way the zipper should have just popped open. We didn't touch the flash and didn't remove it. I contacted their company and sent a product link and order number and it is clearly their product. They said it wasn't their system so they wouldn't help me with replacing the cap. It would have been so easy for her to help me and probably would have cost her little. Worst customer service I've received in years. Don't waste money on a product that won't last if you can't sew on a new zipper.
