I fell in love with this bag after seeing it on someone else. She wore it for several months and it still looked brand new. I went here and read all the reviews and saw that everyone was talking about breaking the shoulder strap clip. I still carry my purse in the crook of my arm, so it didn't bother me. As soon as I received it I understood why the clip broke. As for the video, it's not very well done. It won't hold up once you've put all your belongings in the bag. I found a way to use a shoulder strap if I wanted to. You can attach it to one of the wrist straps. It will definitely be stronger than the little bracket next to it.
