I bought them in September '17 and they lasted until January '18. I think the saying "you get what you pay for" still applies. They broke right where the length was adjusted - the plastic is too weak to withstand heavy loads, I work 5 days a week, 9-5 by default, and there were many days I didn't even touch them. My guess is that if I used them every day of the week they would break in early to mid-December. The only reason I don't watch it is the very good sound quality and of course the attractive price. But in the end I can't recommend this to anyone - not even my most frugal friends. I don't think buying a bull bar will change my assessment. Purchase at your own risk.
