Doesn't cut well: Punched

I used some spacers to make it hard to push the sandwich through the cutter and also did a second pass. Most of the design is uncut. It pretty much only made an impression in the newspaper. I added some more padding and the cut was just as bad. There are so many cut outs that it would take a very long time to try to use an accurate knife to cut the pieces. Very very disappointed.
