Disappointing/better with time
disappointing. We are moving cross country with my family and need baby neck pillows. When 2 pillows arrived in a small box I got worried. The pillows were vacuum packed! We tried "fluffing" the instructions, it only worked on one. We need another pillow and have been pissed for 4 years now. old because her pillow is a hard lump. If you must buy pillows, save yourself the hassle and feel them before you buy them. ***Update: After 20 hours the second pillow is finally filled.
