My 4.5 year old son has outgrown his first pair which he wore every day, everywhere. He snapped his second pair on a branch. Dressing and undressing is easy for him. They're actually pretty tough considering he's very, very tough on his boots. He can wet them, walk, climb, do anything an active almost 5 year old would do.
