I got the wine color was very happily surprised. It is easy to use. Very soft and comfy and makes u feel like your being hugged. Only.hard part I would say is taking out the box.bag. and then letting it raise up and putting the cover on. But within 10 mins you are ready to feel the relief.
- No problem witht the product, just that it could be a bit more firm is all.
