Review on Flexible Comfort: pediped Flex Isabella Mary Jane for Toddlers and Little Kids by Nicole Bryant

This shoe has a flexible insole which means it needs to have an extra insole, which my shoe doesn't have. That's the whole point of these shoes. The healing on one of the boots has reached the point where inside and outside meet. I was worried she would rub her heel until it bothered her. I have been buying Pedipeds for my daughter since she took her first steps and have never had a problem but I always order from the Pediped website. I don't like that I can't call Amazon customer service. I will not order from here again. Customer service is important to me.
