Decent Quality. The leather is a little mediocre, but stiff enough to provide good support but not too stiff for specific exercises. The clasps held up well. If you have large wrists you may need to drill an extra hole in the strap. As a HW man athlete, I can barely get it to the last factory opening, but that should be fine for athletes with smaller wrists or in the lighter weight classes.
