If you are reading this and have brand new Dell laptops that suddenly won't charge and keep getting your battery alerts - - - - it might not be your battery! I bought 2 brand new laptops, one from Dell.com and the other from BestBuy.com. Both laptops suddenly stopped charging around the same time and I kept getting battery errors and QR codes that didn't get me anything useful + additional warnings about 'battery problems'. Fast forward to 2-3 weeks. I have battery #3 on laptop #1 and it still won't charge. So far Dell customer support hasn't given me an answer and I refuse to use Geek Squad because of their insane charges. I bought this charger on a whim due to the price and it charges my laptops and not only that they don't get hot anymore.
