Review on Bose QC15 / QC2 Replacement Ear Pads and Headband Cushions (Black) by Eric Mueller

I purchased these earpads and headband through my wife's Revain account. When the package arrived it had her name on it, so she took everything out of the package and gave me earpads, cloth liners, and a spare headband. She gave me no instructions other than what was included in each package. She didn't give me any of the 8.5" x 11" pages that described that if those items don't fit, you probably ordered the wrong parts. So I took my Bose QC-2 headphones and put them aside, then opened the two boxes and took out all the parts that came with them. Then I laid them all out in front of me and by looking at everything together I determined what went where and how. The headband has a zipper on one side and padding on the other side, making it easy to tell which side goes up and which goes down or towards the head. I'm not an engineer, I'm a geologist, but even for me it was a quick and easy process. They removed everything from my headphones and installed new items in about seven minutes. My headphones look and work like new again, just like when I first bought them over 10 years ago. Another plus is that I got the ear pads, fabric inserts and headband for about the same price I would pay Bose for the ear pads alone.
