I bought these Nikes for a ridiculous price because I like the brand in general and I thought the shoes were cute, I got them a size 5, because I was expecting they could grow it into him, he is a size 4 now. I also bought a cheaper brand that was popular with Revain (nerteo) in a size 4 and compared them. As you can see Nike has almost no cushioning outsole compared to the cheaper brand and size 5 seems to be the same as another size 4 so I would say runs small. I also compared these shoes to another pair. Shoes we buy from Carter and yes size 5 is really similar to size 4.
