incorrect threading of the holes for the screws of the wall panel

Other reviewers have already pointed this out in their reviews and I will add/confirm this. The wall plate screw holes are not properly (or not at all) tapped. To fix this I simply removed the supplied screws (that attach this connector to your electrical box) and screwed them into the screw area of the wall plate and then unscrewed. This solved the problem.
