I love this table! I know it can function as a standalone desk, but I use it as a side table in my office to put down a cup of coffee or an open research paper. The small container on the side easily holds the files I'm accessing. The front "door" of this little basket opened too easily, but since I wanted it to always be closed I used a pair of black plastic ties to hold it closed that look like they came with the table. The table is also attractive with a waterproof (coffee-proof) finish on the shelves, reminiscent of an old barn. The table comes with both glides and casters so you can choose what is most convenient for you. They also included a few extra screws. It might be difficult for some people to put it together, but they've included the small wrenches needed to get the job done. Just read the instructions. you will receive it. It's well made, very comfortable and cute as can be. Five stars from me! I didn't have the problems mentioned in other reviews. It's definitely worth the price.
