I've seen ads for this company and thought it worth checking out the replacement chargers for my Surface Pro 4 since the proprietary charger is expensive (they were $99.99 when I bought my Surface Pro 4, although now they *only* 79.99 and may sometimes be included). Selling for only 59.99) and fragile too. The connection between the cable and the magnetic charging interface can wear out and stop working and is of course a high wear area. Especially if you use your device on the go (which is very likely with a Surface device), you're likely to wear out the charger over time and replacing the factory charger is quite expensive as there aren't many replacement chargers out there. half the price of Microsoft's charger and I was happy to see that they advertise power and amperage so you know it won't harm your tablet. The Egoway charger has the same features as the standard charger including a USB port to charge another device and I was pleased to find that the quality was very good. In fact, the problem area at the junction of the cable and the charging connector is not as flexible as the normal one and looks a little more durable. It also seems to charge my device a bit faster than the stock one and I plan to use it as my main charger for a while as it seems like it would travel better and be more useful as it charges a bit faster. It's also worth noting that unlike some other cheap chargers I've seen, the device doesn't emit a hum when plugged in. It seems very well made and I plan to try other products. by Egoway in the future. The company also seems quite responsive, so I suspect the customer service will be good, although hopefully not needed in most situations. I think they're probably in a different time zone than the US as they don't seem to be very active during US business hours. So keep that in mind if you need to contact the company. For now I am very happy with the quality of this charger and look forward to testing the options for my other devices.
