Cushions are ok. A little hard at first but after a few hours they will soften with use. They look just like the originals. The only downside I noticed is that the flexible frame that holds the cushions in place isn't as good as the Bose brand as the clamps that hold this frame can bend it a bit. Because of this, I couldn't hear the "click" that I should have heard when pressing the pads into the mounts, and the sides of this frame are now a little torn. In the end it was enough to tinker around a bit so that they fit. Bose doesn't have that problem as they have tiny grooves where the bracket goes, making them easy to slide in. ANC still works well and I haven't had any issues so far. I would recommend this product anytime! PS: I have attached some photos before and after the replacement. There you'll notice the "grooves" I'm talking about and how good it looks now!
