Wired batteries - they work!
Works! I've tried it on a WiiMote which runs on two AA batteries and on my Fitbit Aria scale which runs on 4 AA batteries. Works in both cases. A thin ribbon allows you to securely close the batteries with a lid. Went like clockwork. Great for my Fitbit scales that use batteries but don't need portability.
