The part you see when installed looks fine. Nothing special I'd say
The part of this fabric that runs between the mattress and the springs is flimsy, I suspect it might rip one day, just mine experience with this sheer type of fabric fabric . The sides themselves, the part you see installed, look fine. Nothing overly luxurious I would say but does the job and looks good. I mean, you don't put this fabric directly on, so how soft should it be anyway? You should definitely iron it before putting it on, as the creases in the packaging won't disappear so quickly.
