I saved about $30 on the purchase of this Cat5e ethernet cable for my son's security camera. I bought an extra POE camera for his system but I didn't have a cable. And the camera maker seems to want so much for a simple Cat 5e cable. I carefully examined this cable with those that came with his system. As far as I could tell, they were absolutely identical, including cable ratings. They can be from the same OEM. The cable worked great in its POE system. And with a 100-foot cord and a dust-proof plug at the end, what a bargain.
