The seller sent in one day. Wow! Great customer service and I'm not even a main member. The mittens are very soft and was disappointed because they weren't as warm as I thought they would be. The mittens are bigger than my hands and there was too much free space in them. Luckily they didn't dry fast enough after I washed them and put them on the vent so they dried faster and shrank. Now they fit perfectly and are very warm. There is no more extra space inside. My impatience made it better. Maybe even a second pair
