The shoes arrived on Tuesday night and my daughter wore them the next day for picture day at preschool. When she came back I noticed scratches on the tips of the shoes. My daughter wore them for only 4 hours, that means they will be trash at the end of the week. I contacted the seller to let them know about the poorly quality of the shoes but refused to exchange them. I love the shoes but I’m very disappointed about the poor quality and customer service.
